Payment or refund help
Tell us the public crown page, purchase date, amount and Stripe receipt or payment reference. Explain whether the payment is pending, duplicated, unrecognised or missing a takeover. Check your private receipt for the current status first if you still have access.
Do not send your card number, security code, password or private receipt URL. We do not need those to start reviewing a problem.

Report a listing
Send the public crown URL, the name or historical reign you are reporting, what is wrong and any relevant evidence. Reports can cover impersonation, harassment, unsafe links, privacy, copyright or other content rights. If you act for someone else, explain your relationship or authority.
Only include information necessary to review the issue. Do not redistribute sensitive material in your report. We may ask for further information and can review current or historical listings; paying for a crown does not exempt it from review.
Privacy and email preferences
For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, describe the information involved and how it relates to you. You do not need to buy a crown or create an account to request help.
To stop a crown-loss email, use the notification setting in the private receipt or the unsubscribe link in the email. If you cannot access either, write to us from the address used for the alert.
