A fair fight. Clear rules.

These terms apply to browsing and buying sponsored crown placements on BestInWorld.lol, a service operating under that brand in Cyprus. For service enquiries, contact throne@bestinworld.lol.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to buy a crown. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority and permission to submit their information.

You purchase the display of your submitted name, optional image, link and description as the current holder of one category and location. “Best” is the name of a sponsored title, not an independent evaluation, customer vote, certification or endorsement.

A reign starts when payment is confirmed and the takeover is recorded. It ends when another valid payment takes that crown, or when a listing is removed for a reason described below. There is no minimum reign, guaranteed audience, click count, sales result or financial return.

We may share a public takeover announcement on our X account. Social announcements are optional promotion by the service; a purchase does not guarantee a post, delivery time or reach.

A crown does not give you ownership of a category, business, person, website, image or trademark. Payments go to the service; previous holders do not receive a payout when they lose their crown. This is not an investment or an opportunity to earn prize money.

The review screen shows the fixed price in US dollars (USD). A first crown starts at $5. The next takeover price increases by 25%, rounded up to the next whole dollar. Payment is a one-time purchase through Stripe, with no recurring subscription. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Your listing is published digitally after successful payment verification. Opening checkout does not reserve a crown. If another purchase changes the crown before your payment can be applied, we initiate a full refund rather than grant the outdated takeover. See the refund policy.

Payment processing or verification may be delayed. Check your private receipt before trying again if a payment appears pending. No physical goods are shipped.

Check spelling, links, images and category carefully before paying. Listings are final in the normal purchase flow: there is no account dashboard or self-service editing. A takeover creates a new historical entry; it does not overwrite a previous holder’s entry.

Names, links, images, descriptions, crown amounts and reign times are public. Historical entries can remain visible after a reign ends and can be shared by other people. Keep private contact details, addresses and sensitive personal information out of your listing.

You keep your rights to your content. You give us permission to display it as part of the crown, its history and associated share views for as long as we legitimately provide those features. Permission to publish someone’s name or photo must come from you or the rights holder; payment does not supply that permission.

The no-edit rule does not prevent privacy, safety, copyright or legal removal requests. Use Report a listing if content should not be public.

• Impersonation, false claims of affiliation, deceptive promotions or pretending a paid crown is an independently verified award.
• Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, doxxing or sharing private information without permission.
• Illegal products or services, scams, malware, phishing, or links designed to harm visitors.
• Content you lack the right to publish, including another person’s photographs, copyrighted work or misleading use of trademarks.
• Stolen payment details, payment fraud, attacks on the service or attempts to manipulate payment and activity records.

We may restrict or remove content to address these issues, respond to valid legal requests or protect users. We consider the circumstances of any related refund and preserve rights that cannot be excluded by law. A published listing is not proof that we have verified its claims.

You do not need to register. Your private receipt link provides access to that purchase’s status and notification preference. Anyone with the link may access those features, so save it securely and do not post it publicly.

After a successful takeover, you can separately request one email if that reign ends. This is optional, applies only to that reign and does not subscribe you to marketing. You can stop it from your private receipt or the email’s unsubscribe link. See our privacy notice.

Contact us about payment errors, missing delivery, rights violations or other problems. Our refund and cancellation policy explains the process. Losing a correctly delivered crown is an expected part of the service, but does not override a withdrawal right or other remedy you have under applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party listings and linked websites. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, data protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The date above identifies this version. We may update the terms for future use as the service changes. An update does not retrospectively remove rights from an existing purchase. Save or print the version you review before buying.
